Probably the most important thing to know about the audio is that you need to make sure that your device speakers are not muted or turned down AND you need to make sure that the video player volume is turned up. Two things to check.
Every device (computer vs. phone vs. tablet and there are different brands like PC vs. Apple) is different so you might want to use Google to find out how to control the audio on your particular device if you are not sure how.

Here are a few additional troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure that you do not have external audio devices (like earbuds) connected to your device by either a wire or bluetooth.
- Check your device system settings to make sure your device speaker volume is turned up (not muted).
- Try clearing your browser cache (it is kind of like changing the oil in your car--just helps) or restarting your device. Here is an article from PC magazine that details how to clear cache from many different browsers.
- Turn on closed captions (cc) from the video playback controls.
