Depending on the severity of your injury, you can work on the concepts in THE System while away from the court.
If your injury is hampering your daily living and the result is an inability to move or concentrate, then this definitely is not the time to join THE System. However, if it is the type of injury that is keeping you from swinging a paddle and not impacting much else, this is likely a great time to improve your game.
